Walking tour of the hotel and the winery, explaining the production technology, in the unique boutique hotel Soli Invicto ... Edoardo Miroglio winery is located in Elenovo village - 15 km away from the town of Nova Zagora in the Thracian plain. The winery is surrounded by vineyards, lake and green lawns, which provide excellent conditions for tourism, combined with wine tasting. The own production of fruits and vegetables complement the exotic vineyeards. From the time of the Thracians until today, the only occupation in the region has been grapes growing and winemaking. It has not been only one ancient author who has serenaded Thracian wine recipe which is passed from father to son for generations.

Visit to the Karanovo and Long mound in the village of  Karanovo, one of the most important prehistoric sites on the Balkans and in Europe. The mound is 13 meters high and the thickness of different layers is 12,40m. Here there are covered all of the prehistoric eras - from Neolithic to Bronze. In total, the mound was inhabited for 3000 years. The collection of Thracian exhibits of the Long mound impresses. The cart has an impressive gold-silver decoration.

Visit to the the mound in the village Dyadovo. The rural mound in the village of Dyadovo is one of the largest in Europe. It has taken 30 years of joint studies of Bulgarian, Dutch and Japanese archaeologists now make it one of the most important sites in Europe not only for scientists around the world. Now, it has been fully revealed the major medieval Bulgarian village of XI-XII century with a small church and cemetery, and late antique fortress - well preserved by now. Especially important are the discoveries in the layers from the Bronze Age dating from 3-2 thousand years before Christ. Dyadovo mound is the only prehistoric monument in Bulgaria, which provides information on urban processes evolved in the Thracian lands durng the 3-2 thousand years before Christ. With its layout dating back 2 years before Christ Dyadovo mound reveals the urban plan of the ancient and legendary Troy. The similarity of the plan of settlement in Dyadovo mound and the Troy, establish a its names as the „Thracian Troy”
