Cycling tour around Edoardo Miroglio winery which is located in Elenovo village - 15 km away from the town of Nova Zagora in the Thracian plain. The winery is surrounded by vineyards, lake and green lawns, which provide excellent conditions for tourism, combined with wine tasting. The own production of fruits and vegetables complement the exotic vineyeards. From the time of the Thracians until today, the only occupation in the region has been grapes growing and winemaking. It has not been only one ancient author who has serenaded Thracian wine recipe which is passed from father to son for generations.

Fishing at the private pond of the winery
Visit to the Karanovo and Long mound in the village of Karanovo, one of the most important prehistoric sites on the Balkans and in Europe. The mound is 13 meters high and the thickness of different layers is 12,40m. Here there are covered all of the prehistoric eras - from Neolithic to Bronze. In total, the mound was inhabited for 3000 years. The collection of Thracian exhibits of the Long mound impresses. The cart has an impressive gold-silver decoration.
