The Hotel is located on the south side of the Pass of the Republic, near the village Panicherevo in the woods along the road Gurkovo-Nova Zagora. The complex is located in the folds of the northern slope of the Central forest on the lake Jrebchevo. The hotel was built in 2007 in a pine and birch forest.

The hotel has a luxury apartment with modern furniture, 7 double rooms with extra beds and 3 rooms with three beds. All rooms are equipped with minibar, TV, Internet and everything necessary for a nice, relaxing vacation.
