The guest house is located in architectural reserve Jeravna village - the largest and the most preserved in Bulgaria. The house is situated in the area called Upper end (Gorni krai) - the most attractive part of the village with the most beautiful and well-preserved Renaissance houses.

The house is very old, pre-Renaissance, one-floor. During the transformation in a guest house all the wooden, hand-made elements are preserved - doors, ceilings, cupboards, floorings and fireplaces. The ancient iconostasis is also preserved.
