Today the building is covered exhibition area of typical tissue devoted to carpet-weaving art of the Kotel.
Galatanskoto exhibition shows the development of school art of carpet-weaving simple rug, carpet in classic to modern complex forms. On a primitive loom demonstrate their craftsmanship. On the first floor are exhibits from the Renaissance and the beginning of XX century and the second - new fabrics and icons and pictures of the Kotel makers, in which tradition is enriched and developed. The beauty and value to Kotel tissue contribute much to the glory of the city. |
