The rock phenomenon Halkata has been declared a natural landmark, a symbol of Sliven. Formed due to the disruptive effect of weather conditions.
Elevated on 10 metres among the non-stone pinnacles and crags is located near to the lift. Some legends tell that it was a splashing sea or it has such magic and power of transformation one image into another.

It is located at 550 meters altitude as the scale is 10 meters high and because of its proximity to the city is a loved site to visit by tourists.
