The festival stimulates and supports young artists and provide them with opportunities in the field of popular music. The ambition of the organizers is to attract talented artists from the Balkan countries. The accompanying program includes a round table for heads of music ensembles, music educators and professionals, presenting the works of leading Bulgarian artists to educate young people to taste the best examples of Bulgarian and world popular song.
