The fair is organized annually by changing the host village. The aim of the organizers is to stimulate the process of examining the winter and spring masquerade rituals, preserving and promoting its regional and local specificities as a cultural heritage with its place in modern cultural process.
The program includes a fair conduct of competitions for accurate reproduction of the ordinance or fragment of a ritual / performance of ritual dance, a ritual costumes, masks and props.
